this is my friend Megan, dressed as a hot dog.this picture is nearly two years old, but i still laugh hysterically every time i look at it.enjoy.DEAR DIARY:
Today I went in to my new job, to sort of look around and get a feel for the place.. but my boss pretty much put me straight to work.
Saw a few clients, walked up and down William St about three times, (in heels..) got to know the program they use.. it was good. He's pretty happy to let me do what I want, which is kind of weird I suppose.. I have no experience, which he's aware of, but he keeps asking me, "what do you think would be best?" Interesting.
They have amazing red tea in their little coffee room.. i was like.. OOOOH.
It was soooo good. Gonna have to buy me some of that.
Had lunch with Karli & Charm which was nice! Yay for friends. Congrats to Karli on getting her assignment done, it's nearly over.. hang in there! Haha.
After we got back we went shopping for bags for the races but came home with PJ pants, a cute purse, shoes and... food. Yep.
Slept in the hammock. BEST.
Ate.
Slept in my bed.
So ended Wednesday.
I think that my posts are gona be really boring when I start work.
I'm like... not going to do anything during the week.
Except work.
Maybe I can start recording my sleep patterns or something.
Or make this some kind of 'dream diary' to keep it interesting.
Scratch that.
My dreams are super strange.
They'd freak everyone out.
ONCE UPON A TIME, I HAD:
- a sweet as cloth bag. It's gone.. no idea where
- a bazillion Enid Blyton books. Also gone.
- a license........
- a decent sleep pattern. Lost that.
- a gooooooooood, relatively healthy diet. Lost that too.
- many, many pairs of socks.. who stole them?
- a passion for new music.. lately I can't handle too much new-ness/change, I need my old favourites. Weird.
CONGRATULATIONS TO:
Mr Obama.
Let's hope your policies are as sweet as your speeches.
Best of luck to you.
