Day 45

DISCLAIMER: not enough sleep friday night = tired = frustrated saturday rant..... sorry

Soooo before, i was listening to VANESSA HUDGEN'S new album!?

I KNOW. WEIRD.

Weirder still, i wasn't vomiting. 

Her voice still has that tinny something that annoys me, and her songs are insanely poppy.

However, I've never disguised my love and respect for good pop music.

I think I'll recover, regain my dignity, then listen to it again. See how it goes.

ARIA-RELATED MUSINGS.

+I love Pink, she's such a performer.. and so full of surprises. Those girls standing around with guitars were annoying & pointless then BAM! They're smashing them on the car!? Crazy.

+Hamish & Andy are so deserving of their fame & fortune, quality hosting job boys!

+Gabriella Cilmi (pronounced kill me - ha) officially ticks me off. Sometimes I can listen to her but overall, manly voice, no public speaking skills, a reedy, harsh voice when she performs, a shocking first single, raised in Dandenong & it SHOWS "I feel like i should be saying something like, really cool or like, really funny" "Welllllllllll x 32089573" shocking half dyed, scruffy hair, shocking shoes & a burn-worthy gold dress. (note. i don't hate her, i just think that there are so many people out there who have much more going for them musically and personally than this girl. Why her, you know? That & she has my dream career. Maybe i do hate her. Or maybe i'm just jealous.)

+ SIF NOT SHOW GYROSCOPE AT ALL. GRRRR.

+ Bit too much picking on Axle Whitehead. It was two years ago, the guy has a musical career now, he's over it, let it go!

+ Sam Sparro - EEK! i love his voice, he is AMAZING, but the cape gets him points for bravery & him tripping up the stairs was hilarious.

+ The Presets also get serious points for those costumes. Pretty sure that toy on his head was around when I was a kid, just wasn't worn as a hat!? Those dancers were awesome too.. gotta get me some mickey mouse ears & some crazy leggings.

+ How non-eventful was the Highest Selling Album award?! I didn't even see Delta in the nominees package and they announced her as the winner so offhandedly that I thought it was a joke!

+ John Butler = hotttttttttttttt. His hair looks great short.. i love them good looking, tree hugging men.

+ Kudos to everyone who won something for not making giant-ass speeches, made the night a lot more interesting.

+ On the topic of speeches.. and back to the Presets..  the drummer, the guy with the round face - he got drunk pretty early!? Haha.. His tie was already undone when they won their first award, & that was only about 20 minutes in! They were so humble though, and so normal.. it was nice :)

Okkkk seriously zonked. Sleep timeeeeee.

Tomorrow, I'm off to visit a friend who doesn't live near any sort of public transport.. 

I can get there, Mum's taking me.. but getting home may be a problem.
